Editing and Maintaining the Stack in the Web App

Working with the Stack: Structure & Relationships

From Systemiq’s web interface, admins can:

  • Create or rename Systems to match your organization’s structure.
  • Add Tools that bring specific capabilities—like analyzing connections, or tracking user tickets.
  • Define or update Elements (the actual data points: examples include metrics like “bug count,” “feature release,” or “support response time”).
  • Link Tools and Elements together, specifying relationships or dependencies (e.g., positive or negative influences).

Why it Matters

  • Better insight into how processes interrelate.
  • More flexible structure that evolves with changing needs.
  • Define or update Elements across the organization.
